Production + Shipping Info

We'll be having a baby soon, but it will be business as usual until then! We expect to be closed for the first half of September.

ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE TO ORDER

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days via USPS. Sometimes they ship sooner, depending on the current volume of orders. Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Your order will be trackable. Once it shows delivered to your address, we no longer have control over the package and cannot be responsible for it. Please make sure you don't leave it out in the weather or leave it for so long that it gets stolen. There is nothing that we can do on our end if it shows delivered, even if a package had insurance (in this case contact your local carrier to see if they can locate the package).

International Shipping Info

Shipping to Canadian addresses is free for orders over $75.

We now offer international flat rate shipping for $15 on orders up to $400. Please request a quote if you're interested in making a purchase that exceeds this value. Packages are not trackable once they leave the country, and can take several weeks to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we only offer exchanges. Please email stellakatejewelry@gmail.com so that we can assist you.

To be eligible for exchange, the item and packaging must be in new, unused condition.  If you've damaged the packaging, you can still exchange your item with a 10% restocking fee.

You would be responsible for shipping costs for sending your item back to us for exchange, and you may want to consider purchasing insurance.

Custom items are not eligible for exchange unless we've made a mistake or the item is defective (in these cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving).

Gift Packaging

All jewelry comes in a gift box with ribbon, ready for gifting! 

Checkout

If you are unable to add a certain number of products to your cart, its because they're not in stock at that quantity. In that case, you can email us to order.

To use a coupon code, click "checkout" and on the next screen you'll see the field to enter your code.

Because the precious metals market changes on a daily basis, our prices are subject to change according to the current market.
